GT Crew is... almost... turning 40! While the exact dates are fuzzy, we're hosting a gala event this year to celebrate. This is the first of its kind and will kickstart a tradition happening every few years, creating the support you always wished for when you were on the team.

In the late '90s, there was talk of going varsity, but it didn't happen. We remained a club team, funded by the SGA, students, parents, friends, and alumni. We've been a real bootstraps kind of team for almost four decades.

This event aims to build continuous support for the team. We want to set an example for the current members that alumni give back when they can. We’re gathering to celebrate, share stories, and ensure the team’s future is brighter than ever.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE

Friday, September 20th, 2024:
5pm: Happy Hour at a local brewery (TBD)

Saturday, September 21st, 2024:
11am: New Boat Dedications and Alumni Row at GT Crew Boathouse, Roswell, GA
5pm: Evening Gala at the GT Alumni House on GT Campus (dinner, drinks, speakers, silent auction, and more)
