The National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) has named Rosalind Meyers, Associate Vice President of Georgia Tech's Auxiliary Services, recipient of the Robert F. Newton Award for Distinguished Service.  Rosalind has been the adviser for GT Crew since 1996, and helped charter the GTCA in 2008.

During the awards ceremony, Meyers was credited with numerous accomplishments at Georgia Tech.  She has created more than 10 retail restaurants on campus, improved campus transit and parking, relocated the bookstore to Tech Square (and had a GT Crew boat put on permanent display in the bookstore), grown the amount of student houses, and has played a vital role in the new Health Services building and the construction of the Student Center commons.

Beyond her service to Georgia Tech, she was honored for her participation in national, state and regional auxiliary services.  She was ALSO recognized for her participation as the adviser to the Crew Club Alumni Association Affinity Group.

GT Crew and the GTCA are very proud to have Rosalind Meyers by our side.  Congratulations on this presitigous award Roslind.
